What inspection should the spray dryer do before use?

　　The spray dryer needs to check all aspects of the machine before using it, so that if the fault is found, it will facilitate the first time maintenance. Moreover, the real-time inspection of the performance of the spray dryer will greatly enhance the safety performance.

　　1. Check whether there is any loosening of the bearing and sealing part of the spray dryer.

　　2. Check the lubricating oil condition of each mechanical part and whether the valve ports of water, air and slurry pipes are in the required position;

　　3. Check whether the sealing material is installed at the pipe connection, and then connect it to prevent unheated air from entering the drying room; Check whether the door and observation window hole are closed and whether there is air leakage;

　　4. Check whether the rotating direction of the centrifugal fan running in the spray dryer is correct.

　　5. Check whether the regulating butterfly valve at the outlet of the centrifugal fan is opened, and do not close the butterfly valve, otherwise the electric heater and air inlet pipe will be damaged, which must be paid attention to;

　　6. Check whether the connecting pipe of the feed pump is connected well, and whether the rotation direction of the motor and the pump is correct;

　　7. Check whether the spray head is placed on the top of the drying chamber to avoid leakage.

　　8. Whether the atomizer lubricating oil cooling pipe joint is connected well and whether the cooling water is opened.

　　Then, connect the power supply of the spray dryer to check whether the voltage and meter are normal. After checking the quantity and concentration of slurry in the mixing drum, if there are any problems, it should be promptly eliminated and notify the manufacturer's technicians to come to the immediate maintenance and repair.
