The pilot freeze dryer is a small in-situ freeze-drying equipment, suitable for the pilot plant of pharmaceutical factories and small-scale production use, and can also be used for freeze-drying treatment of food, Chinese medicinal materials, etc. In-situ freeze-drying technology is a current international advanced structural design. Pilot freeze dryers have been widely used in medicine, biological products and food. For example, in the production of biological products, BCG vaccine, meningococcal vaccine, measles vaccine, influenza vaccine, etc.; Western medicine production of Chinese antibiotics, circulatory organ drugs, etc. In the medical field, freeze-drying technology can be used for long-term preservation of various organs such as blood, arteries, bones, skin, cornea, and nerve tissue.

Design: In-situ freeze-drying design to avoid pollution caused by the material transfer process; the drying room uses a high-transmittance colorless transparent plexiglass door for easy observation
