Operation and cleaning of centrifugal spray dryer after operation

The work of the centrifugal spray dryer has been completed, but the operation of our operator is far from over. After the completion of the centrifugal spray dryer, we need to carry out some cleaning and inspection work.

  After the normal operation of the centrifugal spray dryer, it should also regularly collect and check the operation of each system regularly, and record the technological parameters. At the end of the operation, the heating device should be shut down first and the residual liquid in the pipe should be flushed with water instead of the feed liquid, and then the material pump should be shut down. When the inlet temperature is lower than 100 ℃, the operation of the air supply fan and the draft fan can be stopped. Then clean the residual materials in the drying tower and dust collector, close the dust collector and air hammer, then turn off the main power supply and complete the production operation. In case of emergency, shut down the equipment immediately, first shut down the supply fan and material pump. If power failure occurs in case of sudden, the tower body shall be cooled naturally, then open the blowdown valve, discharge the slurry in the slurry pipeline and clean the equipment.

  In addition, after the use of the spray tray should be removed, immersed in water, the remaining substances to clean water. When it can not be washed with clean water, brush it. Because the residual material on the spray tray will bring the spray imbalance, which will seriously affect the service life of the sprinkler and even damage other parts. Do not lay down the nozzle after the work is completed and during transportation. Improper placement will make the spindle bend and affect the use, so the fixed frame shall be installed.

  Cleaning: in order to clean the drying tower body and its pipes and parts in contact with the finished product, it is necessary to have regular cleaning equipment. When the product variety is replaced, or the equipment has been shut down for more than 24 hours without cleaning, it shall be cleaned once. Cleaning method can be selected according to the actual situation, such as dry cleaning, wet cleaning or chemical cleaning.

  Dry cleaning: clean with brush and vacuum cleaner (suitable for small dryer).

  Wet washing: use 60-80 ℃ hot water for cleaning.

  Chemical washing: wash with alkali, acid and various detergents. Among them, acid pickling: HNO3 is prepared into a solution with a concentration of 1-2%, and the heating temperature is not more than 65 ℃ for washing, and then washed with water; Alkali washing: NaOH is prepared into a solution with a concentration of 0.5-1%, and the heating temperature is not more than 65 ℃ for washing, and then washed with clean water.

  After wet washing and chemical washing, the equipment and components shall be installed and sterilized at high temperature for 15-30min.

  When cleaning the equipment, it is important to avoid washing with chlorine and its compounds.

  The cleaning of air filter shall be determined according to the surrounding environment conditions, i.e. the air dust content. Generally, it shall be cleaned once in 3-6 weeks with high content, and once in 6-8 weeks with low dust content. After washing with alkali washing, stainless steel wire shall be evenly laid in the frame of air filter and sprayed with light spindle oil or vacuum pump oil.
