The upper inlet air enters the hot air distributor from the top of the spray drying host, and then the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly by the distributor and moves in a spiral shape. At the same time, the material liquid is dispersed into droplets by the centrifugal atomizer. The contact surface of the mist droplets and the hot air is enlarged, which speeds up the heat exchange process, so that the water in the material liquid evaporates quickly, and the material is dried in a short time. The lower inlet air enters from the bottom of the spray dryer, and the air outlet is designed with an air distribution device. The hot air and atomizer rotation directions are reversed, reducing the droplet radius trajectory, reducing the product sprayed on the wall, and increasing the droplets The time spent in the air improves efficiency.
